How returns, cancellations and refunds are handled by Skylite Technologies.

This policy explains how returns, cancellations and refunds are handled for products and services supplied by Skylite Technologies.
Software licences and subscriptions
Tally software licences and Tally Software Services subscriptions are supplied by Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and are activated against your licence details.
Once a licence or subscription has been activated, it is generally non-returnable and non-refundable, because activation cannot be reversed. Any exception is subject to the policies of Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
Before activation
If you have placed an order but activation has not yet taken place, contact us as soon as possible. Where the order has not been processed, we will do our best to cancel it and arrange a refund of amounts paid.
Services
- Implementation, migration, training and advisory work is charged for the effort delivered.
- If you cancel scheduled work with reasonable notice and before it has started, any advance paid for that work will be refunded.
- Where work has already commenced, charges apply for the portion delivered, and the balance is refunded.
Incorrect or duplicate payments
If you have been charged incorrectly or a payment has been duplicated, contact us with the payment details and we will verify and arrange a refund of the excess amount.
How to raise a request

- Include the date of purchase and, where relevant, the licence serial number.
Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment. The time taken to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
